H01N2-D rubber welding cable utilizes a multi-strand ultra-fine stranded high-purity copper conductor structure. The conductors are typically tin-plated copper or annealed bare copper, offering low resistance and excellent conductivity. The internal insulation layer uses a special rubber compound to tightly encapsulate the conductor, providing excellent electrical insulation and mechanical protection. The outer sheath is also made of wear-resistant rubber material, resulting in a compact and robust overall structure that effectively protects against external mechanical impacts, tension, and environmental corrosion.
