600V Copper THHN Electrical Wire

THHN wire offers excellent heat resistance, mechanical strength, and electrical stability. With a maximum operating temperature of 90 °C in dry environments and a rated voltage of 600 V, it provides reliable current carrying capacity for building wiring systems. The nylon outer sheath enhances abrasion and chemical resistance, while also protecting against oil and gasoline, ensuring a long service life even in demanding indoor installation environments.

THHN wire consists of solid or stranded copper conductors that meet ASTM B3, ASTM B8, or ASTM B787 standards.  The conductors are insulated with high-quality PVC and covered with a nylon jacket. This double-layer insulation structure improves heat resistance and mechanical protection, facilitating smooth installation in conduits, while also meeting the requirements of UL 83 standards.

THHN wire has passed rigorous UL certification (UL File No. E544861), and the wire fully complies with the regulatory requirements for building wires in the United States and North America. It can be legally used in residential, commercial, and industrial projects under the UL regulatory system.

 THHN wire is primarily used for power service entrance, feeders, and branch circuits in commercial, industrial, and residential buildings. It is suitable for installation in conduits, raceways, and cable trays in dry locations. Due to its high temperature rating and durable construction, THHN wire is widely used in distribution panels, switchgear, control panels, and indoor power distribution systems.
