PLTC/ITC unarmored cable construction complies with UL PLTC (Power Limited Tray Cable) and UL ITC (Instrumentation Tray Cable) standards, allowing for safe installation in cable trays, cable ducts, and industrial facilities, meeting the installation requirements of North American NEC for instrumentation and control cables. The unarmored construction makes the cable more flexible and easier to install, while using flame-retardant PVC or optional XLPE insulation and sheath materials.
