APPLICATIONS
MTW wire is commonly used for internal wiring in control cabinets, distribution boxes, machine tools, and automation systems. It is used to connect components such as contactors, relays, and PLCs. It can also be used for fixed wiring inside household appliances and industrial equipment, making it suitable for wiring environments with limited space.
Industrial Control Cabinet
In industrial control cabinets, MTW wire is mainly used for internal connections between components. Due to the compact space and dense wiring inside the control cabinet, the flexible stranded conductor of MTW wire is easy to bend and organize between DIN rails, wire troughs and terminal blocks, improving wiring neatness and maintenance efficiency.
Distribution Box
In low-voltage distribution boxes or substations, MTW wire is typically used for internal branching and functional connections, rather than the building's main circuitry. MTW wire offers good current carrying capacity and flame retardant properties, meeting the safety requirements within the distribution box, while its flexible structure facilitates short-distance wiring within metal enclosures.
