H1Z2Z2-K twin-core DC solar photovoltaic cable features flexible tinned copper conductors and a cross-linked polyolefin (XLPO) insulation and sheath structure. It offers excellent weather resistance, high and low-temperature resistance, and UV resistance, making it a reliable power supply cable for critical power connections in photovoltaic systems, such as from solar panels to inverters.

APPLICATIONS
Dual-core DC solar cables are primarily used for DC side connections in photovoltaic systems, including high-voltage DC power transmission between solar modules and inverters, junction boxes, or control equipment. Their excellent high-temperature resistance and weather resistance make them suitable for photovoltaic applications in outdoor or variable climate conditions, providing stable and reliable power transmission for the system.

Combiner Box
Dual core H1Z2Z3-K cable can be directly used as the DC cable from the combiner box output to the inverter input. This section of the line typically needs to carry the maximum current of the entire branch, and the 2-core solar cable provides sufficient current carrying capacity and excellent insulation performance.

PV Tracking Mount System
In PV systems with single-axis or dual-axis tracking mounts, cables often need to be repeatedly bent to accommodate the movement of the mounts. The dual-core structure reduces the friction between the two single-core cables, making it suitable for repeated bending and dynamic working environments.
