600V Electrical Copper THHN Stranded Wire

THHN wire utilizes thermoplastic insulation and a nylon outer sheath, allowing it to maintain stable electrical performance in high-temperature and humid environments. This wire can withstand conductor temperatures up to approximately 90°C in dry environments and also exhibits good thermal performance under wet conditions, meeting the requirements of common building and equipment wiring.

THHN wire typically uses highly conductive copper (the copper wire can be solid or stranded), possessing excellent electrical conductivity and mechanical strength. PVC insulation layer covers the copper conductor to insulate against current, provide flame resistance, and prevent short circuits.  An additional nylon sheath is applied to improve abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, moisture resistance, and overall mechanical protection.
