UL83 Thermoplastic Wire TF

TF wire is a low-temperature-rise wire specifically designed for internal wiring of lighting fixtures and equipment. It uses PVC thermoplastic insulation with a maximum operating temperature of 60 °C and a typical operating temperature range of approximately -20 °C to +60 °C. Under rated conditions, TF wire exhibits stable electrical insulation performance, making it suitable for safe use in low-voltage, low-current circuits.

TF wire utilizes a bare copper conductor structure, providing excellent conductivity and reliable electrical connections. The conductor is typically available in solid or stranded forms to suit different installation requirements. The outer layer is made of PVC thermoplastic insulation material, and the relatively thin insulation layer makes the entire wire lighter and more flexible, facilitating installation and bending in confined spaces.
