ACSR CABLE
ACSR wire (aluminum-clad steel overhead conductor) is a widely used conductor in overhead power transmission and distribution systems. It consists of multiple strands of highly conductive aluminum wire twisted around a high-strength steel core, combining the excellent electrical conductivity of aluminum with the mechanical strength of steel.

ACSR CABLE
ACSR cables can have their corrosion resistance further improved by applying oil or other measures, making them suitable for long-term overhead use.

APPLICATIONS
ACSR wire is primarily used for overhead transmission and distribution lines, including high-voltage and medium-voltage lines, long-distance power transmission, main power supply lines, and branch networks. Its high-strength design makes it suitable for crossing large spans or complex terrain, and it is commonly found in urban power grids, rural distribution systems, and industrial power infrastructure.

Overhead Transmission
Bare ACSR cable is widely used in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage overhead transmission systems. Its steel core structure provides excellent tensile strength, capable of withstanding conductor weight, wind loads, and icing loads, making it suitable for long-distance, large-span installations. In trunk transmission lines, bare ACSR effectively controls line sag while maintaining good conductivity.

Long-Span Circuit
