RW90 CABLE
RW90 is a single-core copper conductor wire insulated with cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE), possesses excellent electrical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Its insulation material is thermosetting XLPE, which, compared to ordinary thermoplastic materials, has a higher heat resistance rating, can withstand a long-term operating temperature of 90°C in dry or humid environments, and has cold bending performance of -40°C.

APPLICATIONS
RW90 cables are primarily used in low-voltage power distribution systems in building, commercial, and industrial applications. They are suitable as branch circuits, feeders, and general-purpose wiring conductors, and are widely laid in electrical conduits, cable trays, cable ducts, or inside equipment. Due to their excellent moisture resistance, RW90 is particularly suitable for use in humid environments, underground pipelines, equipment rooms, and industrial plants.Meanwhile, its stable dielectric properties also make it suitable for use in places with high electrical safety requirements, such as hospitals and laboratories.

Industrial Plant
In industrial plants, production lines, control cabinets, and machinery power supply systems, cables often need to be frequently pulled, bent, or laid close to metal structures. This makes the RW90 particularly suitable for industrial power distribution, motor power supply, and internal equipment wiring, helping to improve the long-term reliability of the system.

Commercial Building
In residential, commercial, and public buildings, RW90 is commonly used for branch circuits and distribution lines, typically run through conduits or laid in metal/plastic cable trays.

Cable Tray
In cable trays or scenarios where multiple cables are laid in parallel, continuous friction can easily occur between cables and between cables and the edges of the tray. RW90 meets the requirements of current carrying capacity, flame retardancy, abrasion resistance, and compression resistance to reduce insulation damage caused by mutual friction during long-term operation or maintenance.
