UL44 Copper RHH Cable Building Wire

RHH wire is a single core building wire specifically designed for high-temperature applications, capable of stable operation at 90°C in dry environments. Its insulation material exhibits excellent resistance to thermal aging, maintaining stable electrical performance under high load conditions, with high insulation resistance and low risk of breakdown.

RHH wire typically uses annealed copper conductors (solid or stranded) to ensure good conductivity and mechanical strength. The conductor is extruded with a thermosetting insulation material, using XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) or equivalent rubber-type insulation, with a cross-linking process to enhance heat resistance and dimensional stability.

RHH wire is UL certified, with certification number UL-US-2561148-0. It has undergone rigorous testing in terms of heat resistance, insulation strength, and long-term operational stability, and reliable operation even under complex working conditions.

RHH wire is primarily used for power wiring and equipment connections in dry environments. It is widely used in commercial building power distribution systems, industrial control cabinets, distribution panels, and internal wiring of electrical equipment, and is a commonly used building wire in high-temperature, dry conditions.
