APPLICATIONS
Bare copper conductor is widely used in power transmission lines, grounding systems, power distribution lines, residential/commercial/industrial electrical installations, and power engineering projects requiring reliable grounding.

Lightning Protection System
In lightning protection systems, bare copper cable is often used as a lightning rod down conductor and lightning protection grounding conductor. Its main function is to quickly and safely conduct the instantaneous large current generated by lightning strikes to the ground. Bare copper conductors can effectively reduce the risk of overvoltage and heat accumulation during lightning strikes.

Building Grounding System
Bare copper cables are widely used as primary grounding conductors in commercial buildings, residential buildings, and industrial plants. Due to the extremely low resistance and excellent conductivity of bare copper, it can quickly conduct fault current to the ground in the event of leakage or short circuit, effectively protecting personnel safety and electrical equipment.

Substation Grounding
In substations and power systems, bare copper cables are widely used as grounding network conductors to control contact voltage and step voltage. The excellent mechanical strength and corrosion resistance of bare copper allow it to maintain stable electrical performance even in long-term underground environments.

Solar & Wind Power
In solar power plants and wind power projects, bare copper cables are typically used for bracket grounding, inverter grounding, and overall lightning protection systems. Bare copper conductors can quickly conduct current during lightning strikes or power surges, protecting photovoltaic modules and power generation equipment from damage.

What are people saying about us
Our customers have consistently shared positive feedback about our cables and services. Here’s what they say about US:

Luis Fernando Pérez - Venezuela - Office Building Project
The wires are of very good quality. The cables need to pass through long pipes and corners, and the cables are very flexible. We also ordered fire-resistant wires, which have been tested by a testing agency and found to be without problems.

Thomas Baker - USA - Factory construction
GERITEL WIRE's engineering team was very professional. They offered suggestions based on our cable requirements, and we found more suitable cable models. Subsequent operation has been stable without any problems.

Ricardo José Herrera - Dominican - Hotel Project
Due to the tight schedule of the hotel project, we had to adjust the usage quantity several times. GERITEL WIRE supplier was very flexible in terms of delivery and packaging, with fast delivery times. The wire reels were clearly labeled, making on-site counting and distribution very convenient.
