Advantages of medium voltage cable

MV cable has a single-core structure, with the conductor using stranded, compacted circular copper conductors conforming to AS/NZS 1125 standards, providing low resistance and good mechanical strength. The conductor is successively extruded with a semiconducting conductor shield, XLPE insulation layer, and semiconducting insulation shield, forming a complete and continuous medium-voltage insulation system. A copper wire shield is configured outside the insulation shield, supplemented by spirally wrapped copper tape, allowing for the design of grounding/fault current capacity as needed. The outer sheath is made of black PVC, providing good mechanical protection and environmental resistance.

We will select and inspect the raw material and conduct strict quality inspections on each batch of raw materials. During the production process, the factory usually uses automated equipment and online detection systems for real-time monitoring. For example, the diameter of the copper wire, the thickness of the insulation material, and the twisting process during the wire drawing process all need to be precisely controlled. At the same time, we regularly take a certain number of wire and cable samples for inspection. These inspections include, but are not limited to, tests such as size, insulation resistance, conductivity, and mechanical strength. Each batch of wires and cables produced will be fully tested before leaving the factory. If quality problems are found in the product testing, the factory will take "traceback" measures to find the root cause of the problem and correct possible deviations in the production process. After production is completed, all wire and cable products will undergo a final quality inspection. In the packaging stage, the wires and cables will be properly packaged according to the specifications to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. In addition, we have a professional after-sales team to respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure that problems encountered by users during use are solved promptly.
