At the same time, we regularly take a certain number of wire and cable samples for inspection. These inspections include, but are not limited to, tests such as size, insulation resistance, conductivity, and mechanical strength. Each batch of wires and cables produced will be fully tested before leaving the factory. If quality problems are found in the product testing, the factory will take "traceback" measures to find the root cause of the problem and correct possible deviations in the production process. After production is completed, all wire and cable products will undergo a final quality inspection. In the packaging stage, the wires and cables will be properly packaged according to the specifications to ensure that they are not damaged during transportation. In addition, we have a professional after-sales team to respond to customer feedback and complaints promptly to ensure that problems encountered by users during use are solved promptly.
